i went shopping for jeans the other week, anyway cut a long story short... some serious "muffin top" issues!
Why I Love It:
i have just got into this mind frame where all i wanna do is go for a run. im really keen for working out and it feels really good when ive done it. (just gotta improve the diet hehe)

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
my boyfriend is into fitness also, he helps me out, telling me what i should do, and if im not doing an exercise properly
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
checking out this site, and visualising what i want to look like makes me want 2 work harder.
