Workout Program:
Right now, I just workout at home, I'm going to start going to a gym ASAP! I try to make exersize a part of a daily routine, even if it's a small amount, a little goes a long way. I kinda do my own thing using different workouts to make it more intense. I try to switch things up so I challenge my body. I'm trying to figure out exactly what I should do for my body type, as in diet and fitness. I have the most complicated body type ever, I think it's a combination of all 3 types. I am small boned, very petite. I was always "skinny fat". I was cursed with that annoying slow metabolism. I gain fat easy / have a hard time losing it. Sometimes gain muscle easy, but only if I am 100% dedicated in my diet and workouts, if not, I'm just walking skin + fat on bones, haha. Other times, it is incredibly hard to gain muscle. I have more of an hour glass structure though.. :)
