Why I Love It:
The confidence it gives me. I love the hard work that's involved in every session, it compels me to be tougher. Though agonizing I find it essentially cathartic.
Ha, the gains are never fast enough!! On another work trip...hopefully the last for a while:) It's ok though, a couple nights of high rep body weight exercising isn't going to set me back. -CK
haha i think startin a journal is a great way to help your splits and workouts, ya can keep track, and also, IMO theres alot more experience and knowledge in the journal section than most other places on the site
