What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Elliptical because its easy on my knees (Left knee cap is bad and it squishes and crunches when I extend)

Tae-Bo because I love to kick a lot

They will want you to buy their supplements but it’s your choice if you want to use any, all or none. My wife and I just used the basic ones and felt that we did a decent job in transforming our bodies.

I believe strongly in the Body for Life program because it encompasses what I call the “Holy Trinity of Fitness,” which is nutrition, weightlifting and cardio. It has you eating a lot, 5 - 6 times per day and gives you a built in cheat day to address any cravings as well as a weightlifting program followed by a cardio routine. Their website gives you everything you need (for free) to achieve your fitness dreams.

My wife (bodyspace judimax) and I would love to see you make your fitness goals and dreams become reality. Judimax went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program.
