This is 1 months progress. Changes are evident, but I was very bloated in last set, (too much sodium and holding a lot of water) so I will retake when I get knew camera batteries.

OK so I started off very miserable and put this blog up with these pictures in a blue bikini...that made me want to give up. These are the latest I have in that bikini after losing 30 lbs. Happier, still see where there needs to be work. But I AM PROUD OF ME. :0)
