will be in the Carribean until Nov 23!! :0) Wohoo!! 146 lbs...and happy for now!
I finally came to a point where I could no longer hide my body cleverly with clothing, and realized I was the heaviest and unhealthiest I've ever been. I also am a nanny and I wanted to have more energy to run around with the little ones and keep from getting sick!
Why I Love It:
I love the accomplishment, it is also a great means of stress relief, because I have been through a lot in my life and its a good way to work out the anger and be at peace. I love the warm feeling I get during and the happiness I feel after, and I love the new found energy and the way my body feels as I start to get healthier
How I Stay Motivated:
Continually facing my pictures, looking at pictures of Vida Guerra and imagining how wonderful I would look and feel if I were in shape. Thinking about having children of my own and how young I am to be so unhealthy. Thinking about my ten year high school reunion and being the most in shape fox there ;op haha Theres more, but mostly I think about being healthy and looking good and know I can make it happen. Plus all the photos of other beautiful women on here and the transformations I've seen are entirely motivating.
BB Accomplishments:
(I am making the steps...and that in itself if an accomplisment. Stay posted for the rest ;op)
Well I guess the rest is that so far I've lost 35 lbs! Working on getting in that bikini by beach weather!

Goal (Long):
The most important thing to me is that I look and feel healthy and that I can be proud of my body when I look in the mirror. I have learned so much on this journey and would love to go out into the field of nutrition eventually. For once I actually want to go back to school!
I am proud of my accomplishments thus far, but am going to keep reaching for more. I want to be a top profile on here! :0)
Well for starters his progress is incredible! Really an inspiration to men every where! And the fact that he has changed so many peoples lives. I mean really...there is no better reason than that.
OK I still dont have a "workout program" but I do as much cardio as humanly possible throughout the week accompanied by some pilates and workout videos, including the magnificent Denise Austin and now started hitting the gym with my friend manders and having strongman weight training...
