saw that i was around 215lbs(98.5kgs) so decided to get started b4 i reached 100kgs.. :)
Why I Love It:
because you see results as the days go by and this motivates you to push yourself to the limit and see how far you could go
How I Stay Motivated:
just put my mind to it and realise that i'm fat and i gots to lose weight ASAP!
