In 2005 I was 315 lost some and got down to 250 after a close call with cancer and getting very ill. Gained a little, not wanting to yoyo for the millionth time finding myself back to 280 and turning 40 I decided it was now or never. So I adopted a whole new way of eating cutting a lot out mostly to clean , simple eating.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reminding myself where I was and how eating is for living not a coping mechanism.
Keeping a picture of myself at 315 helps too!!!!!!!!
My best buddy Scott who is a powerlifter and my support and inspiration.
Most people may think this is funny Im excited about this but today I put a pair of zip up boots they fit over my calves ,,,,,,,,Ive NEVER been able to wear boots ever because my legs were allways too big. Ive gone down this week to normal again and I feel better it doesnt pay to...
Long time no talk to - if you have time can you go look at my pics, I just uploaded the article that was written about me last yr. OK, it took me a yr to get it on my website, what can I say, I'm a late bloomer lol. Hope all is well. clc.

Yeah I was shy at the gym when I started out too. You'll get used to it fast though. I'm curious, what kind of diet were you on that made you lose 90? I'm happy you're okay now after that brush with cancer. How was that like? My aunt had cancer too, although thank god she was cured of it.
It took around 6 months of serious lifting before I saw some results. But I saw the biggest change only after a full year. How long have you been lifting? Keep it up!
No problem and thanks! There's no reason why you can't. For me my arms have taken the most work to grow, lately though my tri's have just gone mental, leaving poor Bi's behind! Good luck with your goals, I'll be checking in to see your progress
