After gaining some weight, one night after work I headed to the store to try on some pants and lord and behold I could NOT fit into a size 18 ! No way in hell I would even buy a size 20 let alone try one one. That same night I headed to the gym to join again. I trained hard for a whole year to lose 65 lbs, from 215 to 150. Did gain 20 some lbs in the summer of 2007 and then joined the gym I am currently at. Didnt lose any weight per say but i was into a tight 12 in the summer 2007 and now can fit tightly in a size 2@ 150.2 lbs. Gaining lots of strenght and muscles too so I am very happy with that.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel powerful ! and I almost impress a few cute dudes at the gym LOL and my trainer (who is a bodybuilder) helps me alot. He is more a motivator than anything else and we try different type of workout (pyramid, etc.) I LOVE IT !!! It makes me feel like wonderwoman ! Besides, I love feeling a "needle in a hay stack" at the gym LOL
How I Stay Motivated:
Right now, when the going gets tuff, I visualize myself on stage, prancing around showing my muscles (eventually anyways LOL)... I think COMPETITION !!! and I push myself !
BB Accomplishments:
I am getting so much stronger than a few months ago it is amazing. And I get compliments from total strangers I've never talked to at the gym come up to me and tell me how much I've changed. Even better, people go up to my trainer even when Im not in the gym, and he gets a truck load of compliments for me. An accomplishment ? strenght, stamina, self-worth, self-esteem and gosh I love the eye candy ;;)

Goal (Long):
I religiously train 4-5x a week. I am gaining the strenght of a female Hulk LOL. Losing fat like there's no tomorrow, weight dropping slowly and inches too I have the goal of competing in a BB. comp in October 2009 so I got my work cut out for me but I am being realistic. Visualisation is IMPORTANT and I do that all the time, in the bus, at work, at home, in the shower, I see myself on stage taking that 1st place trophee home !! and I WILL, and if I don't, any placing will be a total achievement !!!

surment 2-3 semaines sans entrainer mes jambes comme si j'avais besoin de ca sont deja asser petit!!
sinon pour le reste ya rien la d'ailleurs j'vient de m'entrainer les epaules (psst dit le pas a mon boss lol)
j'ai mal a la hanche ces pas possible j'ai fait 3 heure au travaille et j'étais plus capable (marche a journée longue)

ouais je sais j'ai pris de la masse musculaire faque ca me motive bien et je me dit j'ai perdu plus de 100 livres alors perdre un pti 10-15 livres de gras ces rien vas etre meme plus facile puisque mon metabolisme vas s'ajuster au surplus + la masse quej'aurais acquis de plus :)
