How I Started:
arnold has always been an inspiration to me in trying to transform my body, like alot of other people out there, i saw him and wanted to improve myself so i jst started lifting, i wrestled every year i was in school, and played football, so i started to get into weights more and more, i didnt get into the building part of it til about 2 years ago when i joined the army, since then i was a lean 170lbs,lifting when i could and dieting til last fall before i deployed to afghanistan i started doing the german mass routine, full body workouts every other day for the last year and now i am jst peaking around 200lbs. i will have picks up soon of my current physique. its hard to keep a constant program here in afghanistan, so my weight has been fluctuating between, 200lbs. and 185, depending upon how busy i am.
Why I Love It:
its a great way for me to relieve stress, watch what i eat and, to look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
by setting specific goals for me to achieve 6 months at a time. i want to be big and cut.

i want to be about 200lbs and ripped,
Goal (Long):
i can get up to 200lbs, but i cant get the definition i want. i want to be able to bulk my body up to about 215 to 220 and and then cut down to 200 and get ripped, but i am a natural 170lb person so jst getting to 200lbs took me a year...i need some advise on how to achieve this, and my body only seems to respond good to full body workouts, every other day, i had to do it for a year to get up to weight. my main body parts i want definition or its hard for me to get definition, is my chest, lats, and shoulders, i also am having trouble getting my bicep to peak. my glutes and thighs are good, but my calves also are hard to improve, the inner calf muscle is twice the size of my outer and im having trouble correcting it, i think it is because of the sports i played in high school. and i also want to get completely rid of my love handles on the back side, i can never get rid of it or the fat that sits in my middle abs, need some advise there.
