You know i really dont know. as a freshman in high school i was benching 225lbs. the strongest kid on the team.stoped playing sports becouse of grades. realized i was getting fat so i sighed up for the gym.
Why I Love It:
it keeps you feeling fresh and healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
I get bored around the house so i go to the gym,..i never stop to talk to ppl in the gym iphone, music only...we can chat someplace else.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
if im hanging out with friends and they eat all the time thats my motivation. seeing my friendss stuffing hamburgers down there throats and having a hard time breathing while eating is one

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
so im at the gym riding the bike. im front of me sitting at the table is the biggest fattest women i have ever seen (SHIT YOU NOT) with her big family. they pulled out FAST FOOD LARGE BURGER FIRES AND COKE OUT AT THE GYM. im young and im a punk i really thought i was on a mtv hidden camera...
See a big change in your progress pictures. Keep up the good work. What kind of cardio do you do. I am a Spin (Power cycle) instructor at an in-shape. Helped me drop over 100 lbs.
