After a year of "bulking" here's what I looked like. Like shit, i'd say that. I've gained almost 20lbs of fat during that phase of my lafe following terrible nutrition and supplement advice, and following some stupid workoutprograms that i could not recover from. At the time i used to go in the gym, and work on the BenchPress until i die. Litteraly. Forced reps, negatives, slow tempo...you name it...Soreness was a must, progress was a "nill" !

So i started dieting. I've gotten in touch with a great personal trainer and it helped me a lot. I've also found a new approach to supplements, and it also seemd to help a lot. At that time, my strength gains were incredible, and my bodyfat seemed to be going in a very nice direction. It was all great, i've found a way i could train and eat well, supplement well, not waste money on stupid supps and bad coaches that are leading you nowhere, but to an empty pocket. I've lost around 15lbs and i was just starting. I also started experimentig a lot with myself, because at the time, i no longer had a coach. He just put me on the right track, and i thanked him for that. At the time i was learning a lot about the training and nutrition, and it helped me in the future even more. So thank him :)
