When I Started:
2005
How I Started:
I first joined a gym when i was 15 y/o. It was pretty fun, since i went together with my best friend and my brother, but we barely ever had any results...Then later i continued since i was 17 or 18, and here i am, still in the iron game
Why I Love It:
It fills me. It makes me a happier person, and a better man. Besides, it does help me look better :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I just am. Every day i train, i'm motivated for it, at every meal, at every set and every rep. Sure, we all have our ups and downs, but it's consistency what it's all about
At the time i'm doing coach Staley's EDT program, and it's working great. I wish to add some muscle to my upper arms, because they are lagging. I'm pretty pleased how everything is going so far.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8.5%

Hey, just thought you should know that your transformation pics are being ripped off. See http://www.paulgetsripped.com/ index-brite.php?subid=us-men-b rite
Scroll almost all the way to the bottom.
Hey, how'd you go around deciding which PT to go with? I'm considering finding one to help me get ripped. But I didn't know if it was worth the money. Plus I kind of wanted one that was local to make it easier for me to get access to him. What are your thoughts on this?

extremely inspirational transformation! im cutting atm for a contest and following the "cut diet" by CHarlebois. Once again, amzing work!
Real nice progression bro. You came a long way and got those abs in check. Good job. How are you holding up now? Have you been able to maintain them while bulking? Show some updates if you want to. Keep up the good work bro.
Naaa, I don't think ~10lbs is too much per month. If I hit around 2lbs a week I'll be close. I'm expecting to lose a little muscle, too, since I'm running thyrotabs and I hear they can be pretty catabolic at times. So far, no real muscle loss though.
are you being perfectionist, that's why you're not posting any pics yet? you must be huge now man, if you had so much progress before. keep me posted, man. again, amazing physique!
