How I Started:
I got a bit of stick at school for being too thin so i thought not i want to change, i got a weight set for christmas in 2007 and thought this is where it starts for me and never looked back love it :).
Why I Love It:
Love seing results makes you want more. So much to learn and try out makes it fun .
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting goals and trying new things, and of course the mirror is your best mate.

12 WEEK WORKOUT PLAN I AM STARTING THIS ON THE 5/1/09 THROUGHOUT FEB AND TILL THE END OF MARCH. CONSISTS OF 3 PHASES.
