Started as a junior in high school, but never got serious untill august of 05. Me and a few of my buddies have been lifting ever since for fun.

Aweful day today. Very lazy and very bad eating. Ate tuna with way too much mayo. Stuffed myself with moms home cooking brownies :(. I am kicking myself for this and ate them only an hour before bed so now i feel like a fat shit. Looks like tommorow will be back and cardio cardio cardio.

yeah man, i feel good, ive just been doing a full body dumbell workout with 15lbers, im not going crazy. I plan on waiting til June to start up again this way i will have rested 6weeks about and shouldnt have any risks of going heavy when i come back
