I am vegan so no whey powders, meat, fish, dairy or eggs.
I eat a plant based diet, I have recently been experimenting with 16/8 intermittent fasting eating from 12-8 everyday.
I have enjoyed the freedom of not eating 6-8 times a day.
My diet consists of benas, lots of veggies, fruit, quinoa, almond milk, healthy fats and almond milk.
I supplement with Nutrafusions Nitrofusions Vegan Protein powder and Skip LaCours Mass Machine Nutrtion Creatine and Glutamine
