My fitness goal is to lose 30 pounds of fat and gain muscle before my 10 year anniversary.
Goal (Long):
I have always been the chunky kid. Never really fat and never really had any health problems because of it but my family all has type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure and I don't want that to be my life when my kids are graduating high school and getting married and having babies. I would like to be in the best shape of my life by the time my youngest starts school. I want to have my t-shirts tight on my arms and be able to be comfortable in size L shirts and not have my stomach stick out further than anything else. I am trying to lose at least 30 pounds by my 10th anniversary. I will do this!
Been out for a while, sorry to all and self for that. Have started doing cardio with my wife over the last couple of weeks and sure feel the difference in my self. As for lifting, that ain't going so good. I need to see the doctor about my shoulders as they occasionally just pop out of...
Come on buddy, kick it!!. It takes a few weeks of consistancy to become a habit, jut keep going, don't look for excuses to miss a run or weight session and before you know it your hooked and can't miss a session.
Keep the diet clean and there you have it, a new you!!!!!!!
