How I Started:
3 years out of high school i realized i was fat.. not playing football any more... not lifting and still eating heavy it was time to get back into the gym..
Why I Love It:
I Love working out because it's a year round high. I may never be the best at it but at my gym, everyone is there to better themselves and those around them. We do meets together and even if we're not in them ourselves we're there to support those that are.

My first accomplishment was pullin 500lbs raw, then came a 600lb suited pull, now pulling 560 raw, about to test the suit again.. :D

Goal (Long):
This year i've finally seen growth from my shoulders to my legs, bicepts and even some lats in there. Mainly, i hope to achieve a 700lb, deadlift this year by august in state fair, a raw 350lb bench seeing i've never been a bench press person. Finally to break a 550lb squat.

This past saturday, I had a pretty intense workout. Worked up a bunch of sets and reps to a 495 squat, pretty close to my one time max. After finishing that portion lowered the weights and worked my way back up to 410 with reps of 2 to 4 per set with chains (aprox. 44lbs a side...
Hi! My workout has been a masterpiece of minimalism the last two weeks! (Unfortunately)... Haven't been able to hit the gym like I want to, just made it maybe 5 days over the last 14 days. I'm doing the Master Cleanse right now so I'm trying to be careful. Don't want to get light-headed while hitting the weights. Hopefully I'll be able to meet my goals by May!!!

Really well this week - I had to take 6 weeks off because I was in physical therapy due to a car accident - just got the okay to train again. How about you? We are not friends?
