I started a new routine and diet yesterday. My goal is to pack on some lean muscle mass. My first training day went pretty well. I worked Chest & Biceps.
I had the day off for MLK day so I decided to hit the gym earilier then I normally do hoping to beat the crowd however I guess alot...
