When I Started: Jul, 1982
How I Started: I started lifting to gain more size in order to play college football. Once I started I became hooked on powerlifting.
Why I Love It: I love the personal challenges. And a nice physique doesn't hurt either. I enjoy looking 10 years younger than I actually am.
How I Stay Motivated:
BB Accomplishments: I did win the only BB comp that I ever entered. It was the NPC Rocky Mountain. I won the overall in the novice division. I have also won several powerlifting comps including a gold medal in the Cali State Police Olympics.

Personally, like Rev. Wright, I don't think Jones is all that radical. They are certainly colorful in their speech, but that doesn't make them wrong. The Jones affair was more partisan hackery IMO.
