Do you do any specific exercises to help keep your rotator cuff strong? I've started having a lot of pain with my left one, and I have a meet in less than a month with another one two weeks after that. I would appreciate any advice.

What kind of warm-up do you do the day of the meet? If I am supposed to lift around noon, then when should I start my warm-ups? Thanks for the quick response to my last question.

What kind of chest routine do you use the month leading up to a competition? Also, how many days do you rest before the day of the competition? Some day I hope I can push what you can.

How do you run your cycle? I know you said triples, doubles, and singles but what progression? Like week 1 triples, week 2 doubles, etc..I am having trouble finding a good cycle. I'd appreciate it ranger.

Hooah! Always glad to see more soldiers on the boards.
Your stats are beastly- do you have any recommendations on balancing lower body workouts and improving the 2 mile run at the same time?

What do you do for your rep progression? I did 5x5 last week, this week was planning on a 2rm, next 1rm, then a week of timed sets to mimic strongman competition events. What is your cycle on the big lifts?

Understandable, I am interested in strongman style training and competing would involve both strength and endurance, just trying to figure out the best approach.

How is your endurance strength though, as in doing bencg for 4 sets of 10? I used a program similar to that at one point and my strength definately improved, but when I went back to bodybuilding style movements I was weak.
