How I Started:
I started bodybuilding in 04 because I always wanted to be big, my dad used to weight train so its hereditary, and have been training since. at the end of october 07 I went into worlds strongest-man training and havnt looked back.
Why I Love It:
I love the weight training because I get a awesome feeling from training and the changes in the weight I move, and the size I put on. i love the feelingof farmers walk where my forearms fatigue before my legs or back and are burning, i love the feeling of having a car behind me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I get the monthly magazines and training very hard, but im at a stage where people look at me and say things which is positive to my body so a sence of achievment is always there.
BB Accomplishments:
deadlifting-140kg for 1 rep
squating- 130kg for 3 reps
bench- 80kg for 1 rep
