This was my contest prep diet.
1. Breakfast: 2 whole organic eggs, 3 organic egg whites, 1 piece of wheat bread with 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
2. 10:30: 1 Special K protein bar
3. 11:40: 4 oz. ground turkey patty, a cup of vegetables, 1 yoplait vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of almonds, 1 banana
4. 2:30 (post cardio): Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey protein shake (1 scoop), 1 apple, 1/4 cup almonds
5. 3:30 (pre workout): 4 oz. chicken breast, 1/4 cup vegetables
6. 5:45 (post workout): Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey protein shake (1 scoop)
7. 6:30: 4 oz. chicken breast, 1/4 cup vegetables
8. 8:00: 1 yoplait 100 calorie greek yogurt, 1 apple
9. 9:30: 1/2 cup almonds
10. 10:30: 4 oz. chicken breast, 1/4 cup vegetables
11. 11:30 (before bed): Optimum Nutrition Casein protein shake (1 scoop)
