This is my current workout split.

Monday- Chest & Tri's

Tuesday- Back & Bi's

Wednesday- Shoulders & Abs

Thursday- Hams, Quads, & Calfs

Friday- Back, Tri's, & Bi's

Saturday- Cardio & Abs

Sunday- Rest

My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

This was my contest prep diet.

1. Breakfast: 2 whole organic eggs, 3 organic egg whites, 1 piece of wheat bread with 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter

2. 10:30: 1 Special K protein bar

3. 11:40: 4 oz. ground turkey patty, a cup of vegetables, 1 yoplait vanilla greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of almonds, 1 banana

4. 2:30 (post cardio): Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey protein shake (1 scoop), 1 apple, 1/4 cup almonds

5. 3:30 (pre workout): 4 oz. chicken breast, 1/4 cup vegetables

6. 5:45 (post workout): Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey protein shake (1 scoop)

7. 6:30: 4 oz. chicken breast, 1/4 cup vegetables

8. 8:00: 1 yoplait 100 calorie greek yogurt, 1 apple

9. 9:30: 1/2 cup almonds

10. 10:30: 4 oz. chicken breast, 1/4 cup vegetables

11. 11:30 (before bed): Optimum Nutrition Casein protein shake (1 scoop)

koakley Oh and I do eat healthy, I don't count anything but I try to avoid stuff that obviously isn't good for you, but I've been slacking lately lol. Sorry I got rolling amd hit the character max Jul 17, 2012 1:14pm

koakley just cardio day on the weekends.. But I always try to keep my workouts to very minimal rest and really get my heart going, and make it a goal to finish each workout and just feel that I really pushed myself. Just set goals and make sure there accomplish able because the more positive you are the better your workout, you'll see progress really fast and just have fun doing it. Jul 17, 2012 1:13pm

And honestly I do new workouts every week, I just check out workouts from other people and right them down to do it accordingly, or think of how I want to hit whatever muscle I'm training on a specific day. And to train it a little differently next week. While still sticking to a 5 day workout, with 2 rest days or Jul 17, 2012 1:11pm
