I have a new goal!!! Since I have now competed in a figure competition, I suppose that I need to reassess and either buckle down on trying to do better at that, or learning some gymnastics and attempting an actual fitness competition. I wouldn't mind trying it all.

What is the best type of protein for you?
Egg Protein
Why is this type of protein best?
I feel that is the easiest digestable, with the least impact. I don't experience digestive discomfort as some do with eggs.
