Doing weights, cardio, and diet. The only way to do it! (: Remember the cardio is not hard. If it is hard then you aren't doing it correctly. I have a heart monitor thing and I'm in the zone in a brisk walk. That is about all it takes for most people like us! (:

Yeah, many people are mentioning that. I have already dedicated myself to the Rock Hard Challenge from Muscle and Fitness Magazine. It seems like it'll be good for me and I looked at the Body for Life Challenge and it seems very similar. Glad to hear you were both able to meet your goals. I will get there this time, I am not allowed to make excuses! (:
