Had to take one week off because of a trip required for work.  It takes quite a bit of work to get back on my feet and going again, but I know I have to because if I didn't I would just be starting all over again sometime in the future.

I wish you nothing but success in your “Rock Hard Challenge.” Most programs are comprised of a good nutrition plan along with weightlifting and cardio routines and are all variations of one another. If you are interested in a program that really works at getting rid of bodyfat as well as getting you into great shape I suggest you check out Body for Life. It is a 12-week total body transformation program that gives you a great nutrition plan along with both weightlifting and cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Let us know if you would like more info.
