Did not hit my august goal. Idk what the problem was, but im 192 and 14%. Highly disappointed in myself. But i have to keep pushing. Took pics on the 3rd, but not today. I gained some good quality muscle this month though.

Ok, i've started eating alot better, the workouts are not a problem. By Sept. 20, i would love to be 185 and 11%.

This is Me in mid march 2009. Been training for a half marathon. This is right before the start. Had to carb load a TON just to make mileage. But summer is coming and i won't be doing distance, so i will start cutting again. I am 188 in this pic
