All throughout high school, all i did was play baseball and some football. I managed a Burger King at 16 years old. I came to college, started to drink and go on late night taco bell runs, and I balloon up to 290 pounds. I held that weight for 4 years. One day, i was walking up the stairs to my fraternity house and was completely out of breath. That is the day i decided to change my life. SO far, i've lost 90 pounds.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good after each workout. I'm a personal trainer now and i love helping people achieve their fitness goals. I also love making self improvements and turning heads is always a plus.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated my looking at society. Thats motivation enough. Oh yeah, and looking through this site and seeing people progress and make themselves better.
BB Accomplishments:
Major Accomplishments: Lost 100 pounds as of May 16, 2008, but put back on 4 of muscle since then (posted on June 7, 2008)

This was me at my heaviest. I was 293 jesus. Horrible.
Did not hit my august goal. Idk what the problem was, but im 192 and 14%. Highly disappointed in myself. But i have to keep pushing. Took pics on the 3rd, but not today. I gained some good quality muscle this month though.
Get to less than 10% body fat. Gotta do work. Get it done. No excuses.
Goal (Long):
I've always looked through people's websites and thought to myself, "Man, i'd love to look like that." I really want to get down to 10% or less and maintain it throughout my life. I will achieve this goal by the end of the year for sure. I want to look phenomenal in anything i wear. I want to be the role model for those people who are overweight or obese that anything is possible and if you actually get off your ass, eat clean and work hard that you can look like whatever you want to. The perfect body for me would be 185 and 9% body fat.
I also want to run a marathon before i die.
Hell ya!! do it... you have nothing at all to lose. Plus along the way you learn so much about your body, how certain foods affect you and what works best for you in the long run. I have done tons of practive tests in dieting, it's the best way to learn and know what do do for the real show- :)
i have a virus? being in bed for 5 days sucked so bad! im slowly getting better but still went out this weekend!! had a good night.. and going out tonight (sunday nite) so ill just have to keep warm!! coz its so cold these days.. hows everything with you babe?

yeah i know what you mean! im feeling the same, but i did have progress this morning.. i had my first sight of my obliques! very stoked! just keep up what ur doing babe, your going so well and your really close to ur body fat goal! and you already look sooo good!!
Basically...I carb cycle a bit also. Then towards the end (now, for me), I taper my portions. Only 4 oz of meat for me each meal...which ain't much btw!

You know what? Not bad?! Noticed more definition and tightness in all areas. Get to indulge in a small sweet potato for breakfast for 3 days then back off completely for a few days.
