Overall Goal: DO WORK CREW! We GET IT IN!!! I got a new attitude. Determined to be under 10%. Marathon Training starts August 23rd and i WILL be 185 and less than 10% by then.
Fit Status:
To be as ripped as humanly possible, while maintaining a healthy lifestyle
All throughout high school, all i did was play baseball and some football. I managed a Burger King at 16 years old. I came to college, started to drink and go on late night taco bell runs, and I balloon up to 290 pounds. I held that weight for 4 years. One day, i was walking up the stairs to my fraternity house and was completely out of breath. That is the day i decided to change my life.
I started running in March of 2008 completing a 5k. Then gradually moved up to a half marathon.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good after each workout. I'm a runner and it clears my head and gives me time to think about whatever it is i need to think about, and sometimes it helps me forget about stressful things.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated my looking at society. Thats motivation enough. Oh yeah, and looking through this site and seeing people progress and make themselves better.

Major Accomplishments: Lost 100 pounds as of May 16, 2008, but put back on 4 of muscle since then (posted on June 7, 2008)

Goal (Long):
I've always looked through people's websites and thought to myself, "Man, i'd love to look like that." I really want to get down to 10% or less and maintain it throughout my life. I will achieve this goal by the end of the year for sure. I want to look phenomenal in anything i wear. I want to be the role model for those people who are overweight or obese that anything is possible and if you actually get off your ass, eat clean and work hard that you can look like whatever you want to. The perfect body for me would be 180 and 8% body fat.
I am not sure yet. I am just switching from bodybuilding to running. i need to see how long it is going to take to get my mileage up. Then I will pick one and go with a 12 week plan. What marathon are you running?

What an honor, I am speachless. Thanks for adding me to your inspiration list. I ran 6 miles today. That is the farthest I have ever run. Took me 1 hour and 10 minutes. There were hills involved, lol...
Your transformation is amazing. More people should put as much dedication into changing their lifestyle to a healthy one like you. Keep up the great work man.
Woo-woo! Well I didn't make my memorial day abs goal :( so sad, but now with school out of the way, I've been hitting the gym 5 days a week! Hope all is well! Hit me up some time! -D
