Nice tan, but no definition...how did I get so soft?  I had been lifting, but running was my main focus. Now that I know I can run a marathon its time to focus on getting stronger.

Goal (Long): 1) 120 lbs 2) 12% bodyfat 3) Do 20 pullups 4) Bench press my body weight 5) Do 1 handstand pushup 6) Deadlift 165 lbs 7) Run 10 miles in 90 minutes - I want to be able to accomplish my goals by Dec. 21, 2008!
