I've always been athletic, I danced for 9 years and played sports into college. But I've really let myself go the last few years and am ready to get back in shape.

Nice tan, but no definition...how did I get so soft?
I had been lifting, but running was my main focus. Now that I know I can run a marathon its time to focus on getting stronger.
1) 120 lbs
2) 12% bodyfat
3) Do 20 pullups
4) Bench press my body weight
5) Do 1 handstand pushup
6) Deadlift 165 lbs
7) Run 10 miles in 90 minutes
- I want to be able to accomplish my goals by Dec. 21, 2008!
