You are gonna need to eat your daily carbs, but u just got to watch on what kind of carbs u eat. U dont want to store carbs that later will turn into sugar and then fat. So the carbs u want to eat are your complex carbs like whole wheats, old fashion oats, sweet potatoe, brown rice. Stay away from startchy carbs like mashed potatoes, white rice, white bread, crackers. always read the labels on the back.
hmmmm, thanks for the info..lol u just gotta let that virus run its course just make sure u drink a lot water, and try and get rest...take it easy, when i sick i usually try and workout and sweat all that bad stuff out. it works sometimes unless i am dying in bed with the flu, then u have no choice..yeah hit the store and pick up veggies lean meats and complex carbs product
I want to help and do what i can to see u meet ur goals, i would love to join u for a can of tuna, maybe u can cook up some hard boiled eggs, and whole wheat toast, some sweet potatoes smashed up sounds like a delcious meal! hope we can keep in touch as much as possible!
well i am your number one fan on here! i will give my full support and some motivational words everday, but it takes you to do all the work, stop eating that fast food its not good for u..lol just because its on the table doesnt mean u have to posion urself with haha, cook up some healthy stuff!
