I want to be the best me, and I can’t wait to discover what that looks like. I’m about to sculpt my body into a masterpiece!
Goal (Long):
I had been struggling with my weight and yo-yo dieting ever since I was 16 years old. I have finally found a program that works for me. I can't wait to reach my goal of 135-140lbs!
I also want to become a fitness model. I can visualize myself on the cover of magazines and demonstrating exercises. I never thought this was possible before, but now I know I can do anything!!

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Kickboxing. It kicks my butt, but it's also fun. I'm not talking about those classes where you punch at the air. I'm talking hardcore training with pads, gloves, and wraps!

Why I like this video: You may have seen Kim Lyons on the Biggest Loser...she's also married to the famous body builder Gunter Schlierkamp.
She has an amazing figure! Check out her abs!!! She is muscular AND curvy at the same time, and that's what I'm trying to achieve. She is also a successful fitness model, and if I can achieve a fraction of her success that will be a blessing.

Hey, I have been wondering how your workout has been. I'm fine. Bf has really upped the intensity of my workouts. My entire being is exhausted. I'm expecting to see some real bf loss over the next couple of months. I've also looked at my food again and bought a blender for shakes!
I see why you like them guns and boulder shoulders! They look great especially those triceps bulging out! GGRRRR baby! Good luck with crossfit, I think you'll love the eplosive movements and the strength & power (I think they're different) you'll gain from the program!!!

Good luck with crossfit! Most of people I know doing it are trying to maintain what they have, but from what I've seen if you go at it 100 you'll see serious results from all of the multi-joint moves you do. You should be prepared to gain some more muscle, but the great part is you should see higher metabolism and fat loss with the increased muscle mass.
I love leg day too, especially when I throw in some good "core" work! Not just abs, but true core work, abs, hip flexors and lower back! I think you'll like crossfit! I have been considering that for my next routine change.
