I want to be the best me, and I can’t wait to discover what that looks like. I’m about to sculpt my body into a masterpiece!
Goal (Long):
I had been struggling with my weight and yo-yo dieting ever since I was 16 years old. I have finally found a program that works for me. I can't wait to reach my goal of 135-140lbs!
I also want to become a fitness model. I can visualize myself on the cover of magazines and demonstrating exercises. I never thought this was possible before, but now I know I can do anything!!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 75 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%
Upcoming Contest:
Los Angeles Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness and Bikini Championships (NQ)
Sasha's conditioning, beauty, and wonderful spirit is heart warming! This girl is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She has taken the time to advise me, motivate me, and encourage me...for that I am forever grateful! I can't wait until she turns pro-she deserves it!
His progress is amazing and he is a wonderful man! He's so supportive and inspires me to work hard and eat clean (I know he'll be checking). Watch out for Omar; he's about to take the bodybuilding world by storm- you guys are going to have to step up your game!
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Kickboxing. It kicks my butt, but it's also fun. I'm not talking about those classes where you punch at the air. I'm talking hardcore training with pads, gloves, and wraps!

Played: 161
Why I like this video: You may have seen Kim Lyons on the Biggest Loser...she's also married to the famous body builder Gunter Schlierkamp.
She has an amazing figure! Check out her abs!!! She is muscular AND curvy at the same time, and that's what I'm trying to achieve. She is also a successful fitness model, and if I can achieve a fraction of her success that will be a blessing.
Thank you so much to all my wonderful friends who responded to my previous post. I was at such a low point, but you guys showed up and gave me amazing support. You snapped me out of it and made me realize that I CAN do this. I started to doubt myself, and when doubts come in motivation drops...
Well don't work too hard, unless you're in the gym :) I'm way happy to be back myself. I needed the break, but it's good to be back. I'm sooo sore right now! Chest, tri's, legs and butt all hurt! Walking will be a serious personal challenge tomorrow hehe
I haven't taken any progress pics in a while. I see my weight shift before it falls off... it's a weird transition. But I know if I stick to the diet & work hard in the gym it will fall off. It just takes a little patience.
How many days/nights per week do you train? What's your total cardio time per week?
Just working hard on getting some fat to melt off. I've been doing some HIIT and trying to do a cutting diet. Hopefully on New Years Day there will be some pics i can be proud to unveil
I am buying that book as soon as I can make it to barnes and noble! I have been in the gym for 3 nights now... Taking only 1 night off this week. I am hoping to see some fat loss in about 4-6 weeks. I am not sure why but my fat seems to redistribute itself before it leaves my body... But I am hoping to be at least a size smaller by Christmas!
How are things with you? I read your blog, you better not give up! You've come too far!
you just saved me the trouble of writing a blog as i was just putting thought to paper about "Who am I kidding...Maybe this is not for me" yes 51 weeks looks like a long time but not enough time so i'm taking the advise given to you and appling it to myself hope you don't mind. back to the drawing board. Peace almost twin :0)
I know how that can drive ya crazy, but the scale is only one way to track your progress...not the ONLY way! How do your clothes fit? How do you look/feel? Are you pushing yourself in the gym and making gains?? Those things matter much more than the scale =)
No problem, glad to help, we all need a little encourage ment from outside sorces from time to time. good luck and rember never give up untill the dirt hits your coffin : )
I'm glad to hear that! You control your destiny...but we all hit bumps in the road. Trust me, there have been times in my life when I didn't even want to get out of bed, much less go to the gym.
I am touched by your reply and thank you for taking the time to read my story. I am working as hard as I can to inspire and motivate those who are trying to lose weight and get into better shape and are having a difficult time or are struggling. I want them to know that with the right program as well as determination they can reach their goals.
May God bless.
no problem glad I could help. Just surrounder yourself with people that will help you towards your goal and not pull you down. You are beautiful and strong and can do anything you set your mind to. Good Luck
No problem sista. The truth is you inspire me and I can't just say nothing if you just wanted to quit. Because I know you well enough to know you don't want to. Give it hell!!!
