Overall Goal: grow my arms to 17 inches cold. have my waist at lower than 32 inches. weight 195 pounds. All of this on by Jun 1
edit: It's June 1. My waist is down to 32.5 but my arms are still 16.5 Still a lot of work to do, but I will stay on it.

How I Started:
I was an avid runner, but had a knee injury. My doc told me that my muscles around my knee were too weak, and that I needed more protein in my diet. So I started doing leg exercises in the gym. Then my friend gave me a copy of Arnold's book. I was immediately hooked.
Why I Love It:
It is something I can count on every day to go well. No matter what happens in a day, my workout will always go well, and that can make a crappy day turn into a good day.
