i was tired of not being able to breathe when i tried to tie my shoes. i was 265 then and i am around 200 now.
Why I Love It:
seeing the changes in my body are what push me to keep going.

i write this post from work. i am on a 12 hour night shift and it is the weekend. im bored and i have watched all the fit show episodes that interest me. im on a goal to lose the last little bit of fat on my stomach. very time comsuming process seemed like it goes on much faster than it...
