How I Started:
I went to Florida on vacation thinking I was in pretty good shape(246lbs) until I saw the pics of me on the beach in a swimsuit and knew I had to make a change.
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge of transforming my body & seeing what I'm capable of accomplishing.Trying each day to do better than before.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love getting up & going to the gym in the morning.It's what gets me out of bed!Trying to be an inspiration to others who think getting fat is just part of getting old.

I am thinking about working with Dave Vignasse. I see that you have. I'm worried that he is just another average trainer. Could you tell me if you think working with him is worth while.
