I went to Florida on vacation thinking I was in pretty good shape(246lbs) until I saw the pics of me on the beach in a swimsuit and knew I had to make a change.
Why I Love It:
Self esteem,seeing the transformation,getting compliments.It keeps me young,so I can keep up with my beautiful wife.(katbooher)
How I Stay Motivated:
I love getting up & going to the gym in the morning.It's what gets me out of bed!Trying to be an inspiration to others who think getting fat is just part of getting old.

Hey there, thanks again for the compliment. It really means a lot to me coming from you. I do squats, deadlifts, leg curls, lunges, and I pray! :) As far as cardio, I use a stationary bike, taebo, and stairs. I was doing cardio 6 days a week but I have backed it down to 4-5. I am hoping that it will help with the mass I am wanting.

Your welcome! I am more motivated now than I was when I logged my motivation level. I love working out so its easy for me to stay highly motivated. I also set short term goals. I love achieving them. I think that helps more than anything. I am so impressed with the progress you have made. (such a short time) Keep up the great work!
