The Begining side torso
Started my new regime this week, and this was after my Chest and Forearm workout. This is the begingin of my 3 month goal to gain lean muscle mass and trim down.
ab's are poppin for the first time!!!! COncentrating on shoulders, chest, ab's and calves for a while now.

start of bulking phase. Keen to add some muscle to the ab's then cut the BF for summer

started bulking up - want to add mass to the tri's, brachi, farearm, delts, traps and chest, and add muscle to the calves - all are lagging i think

bit blurry. Arms are looking good, just have to add more mass to laggin BP then into my 4 week 'Peak" phase.
