How I Started:
i use to be a pencil neck then i got pissed at the bad ass bullies in school. So I learned some shaolin kung fu and to be balanced i trained in the gym. strength, speed, flexibility then i beat them punks
Why I Love It:
the pump and getting stronger means more power.
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing the way my body improved compared before makes me motivated and strong.
