Abs I used Ab Curl Machine (10RM) X 3 sets..also some toe touches, and leg/knee raises. For Shoulders I do Military Press, and sort of like a bent over row but more emphasis on shoulders..and chest press..

Good definition already after such a short time. Abs are solid, good chest, shulders and traps also. Back getting nice and thickly muscled. Great job so far and you'll do great I'm sure. André
