I do split work out 5 days a week + one day plyo I'm not going crazy with cardio, I try to do it 2-3 times a week. Lifting hard is the key.

Dymatize are my favorite. I use Iso 100 or Elite whey protein. I like to switch em up. They work great with my low carb diet, really tasty. I also use Elite casine before bed.
I take amino energy before and after workout for recovery. Multivitamins and healthy fats.
