An older friend took me to the gym with her when I was around 15. Right away I fell for the high it gave me. :)
Why I Love It:
I love that it makes me push myself past the limits. I love how it's changed me.
How I Stay Motivated:
My trainer Steve definitely helps keep me on track! Lately I've been checking out pages of ripped females, thinking 'Just gotta keep it up.'
BB Accomplishments:
I raced for the prize this year in Muscle Tech's $50,000 Transformation Contest. Dedicated myself 100% and came out with a refreshingly new sense of self and some pretty awesome after pics. :)

When I first read Tiffany's transformation story, I was so impressed and inspired! She went from quite overweight to having an absolutely killer body. So much determination and hard work... And now look at her! She just keeps goind and going...
I really just have alot of problems with my lower body. I'm the girl with the tiny chest and a thicker lower body I hold everything in my hips and thigs. So when I lose weight I look to thin but unproportioned and when I gain weight I have love handles so its just really hard to get a proportioned body. Well, thanks for the comment and I hope you reach all of your goals too.
Thanks for your comments. They really should have a women's category in the MT contest. It'll be so difficult to compare your transformation to the guys'. Best of luck.
I checked out last year's winners... of course the first 4 were males, but the first lady on the list had no where near the progress you are showing babe! She was skinny to begin with!! You got it in the bag... I'm so excited to see your intense transformation this month!!
