How I Started:
I was fat...really fat and short. Started liking girls and got tired of beeing made fun of so i began working out in my uncles garage. Didn't know anything!!! just did it to lose weight.
Why I Love It:
Luv the pump when u get a good workout going on. The whole idea of changing your structure in a matter of months just keeps me going. No matter how little i was, or how fat i feel when i bulk, it never lasts.
How I Stay Motivated:
Constant change and improvement that i see by sticking to my diet and work. Pictures every so often. Major difference in 3 months.
BB Accomplishments:
losing my handles. I had big handles that i just couldn't get rid of...didn't know what to do...but yet..didn't really know much or take anything into consideration about nutrition.

LOW carb monday thru friday...anything that i do take is is from bananas, vegetables, wheat bread, brown rice. Makes a huge difference! Mostly my gf, but theres also my cuzin whom i work out with every once in a while. I try to share to see what they think and look for motivation. These are the main two areas i wana grow on. I feel like I'm lacking some size in them. I want to grow over all, but i have my mind set on these two. Worked on arms today and measure at16.5"! so happy because i was at 15.25 about a mont and a half ago. So i'm gaining size, and people...
chest(one week upper next lower) then 20 min of cardio
next day legs(one wee concentrate on quads and next hamstrings) then another 20 or more min of cardio.next
day off
then back and shoulders 20 min of cadio after. arms the next day with another 20 min of cardio.Next day off then do it all...
