i had alot of lower back pain. after some tests, it was clear i needed a hysterectomy. i began piyo to strengthen my back and slowly picked up the weights again after 20 years.
Why I Love It:
i am twice the age i was when i first began bodybuilding. i never really had time for it and wasnt dedicated. now that i am 40, i am in much better shape and stronger than when i was in my 20's.
How I Stay Motivated:
i kept at it, listen to what people told me and read read read. i began seeing striations and definition the harder i worked.
BB Accomplishments:
being able to bench press 10 lb less than my partner who has been lifting 25 years, competed and who outweights me 20 lbs and 2 inches.

lol that is funny,l some one is getting a random message! and that is really odd that you are not getting the pumps that you did on the monohydrate!???? really odd acutally. well if you dont like it you are more than welcome to send it back! o ya, how was the fishing and the weekend???!
