Ummm.......@ one point I was 250lbs, a hot freakin mess. Being fat not only sucks and is not healthy but it makes u look very old! People thought that I was 27 when I was 19, wtf. I had to do something so I dropped the 50 within a year or so, but now I am at a plateau...I go from 165 to 170 always around that area with ease!
Why I Love It:
I could do without working out. It ain't really my cup 'o' tea, it makes me sore, and its painful to do, but it has its perks at least and keeps us healthy if nothing else...The key is making it a part of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by callin myself names, like PUSSY or WEENIE or BEYOTCH! or calling myself weak, only to prove to myself that I'm not weak! I mean everyone has things that work for them, lol, this is just what works for me. Oh and buying clothes too small, usually something really expensive and cute. That way I work hard because I'm sort of frugal and I hate wasting my money...
BB Accomplishments:
None Yet...maybe one day, I don't really want to be a body builder, I just want to have an awesome physique nice and toned, Overall health would be my bodybuilding accomplishment I'd say!

Long night...kinda sleepy...gonna try to rest at lunch time, quick lunch and gym after work....gonna make it a cardio day.....thats pretty much all that can be done at my gym.....hmmm....maybe I'll do cycling today...ok so thats the plan...lets get it!
Really not sure - wanna try doing it without supplements which will be a real test, my thought on supps have gone way down after my last competition and for the most part it is blind faith that they actually work!!! I go through ups and downs all the time like everyone else, but when you find that place which is for you as long as you can stick inside a certain area you'll be ok :)
I'm good ma! Killing that s.f. jello! i see a small difference though in the way i'm looking and i'm happy! i have been training hard and my diet has been clean all week. i just keep s.f. jello on hand if i wake up hungry and eat that then crash! how 'bout you? :)
Workouts are great. I am trying to take it to the next level, go a little heavier. And sometimes I think--this is crazy--but I'm addicted! I am back to that point where working my legs/glutes makes me nauseous, so I'll have to adjust the diet, again.
Casein may be better to take right before bed, since it's the slow-burning protein. It may help you with your late night cravings because of it slow-digesting properties. Whey, on the other hand, is fully digested in less than two hrs.
