High Protein Diet
Example:
Brekkie: Porridge, youhurt and Casein Shake
Post Workout: Fruit and Whey Shake
Lunch: Tuna or Chicken Sandwich on wholegrain
Dinner: Fish, Beans and Beanburger
Snack: Nuts and Seeds
Before Bed: Casein Shake
Water Intake: At least 3 litres daily
Going to attempt to eat egg whites every day
At the moment, I may eat 3 whites every 3 daysHigh Protein Diet

Maybe u could do a few bodyweight circuits at home and maintain what ya for the moment.Yeah i think it is increasing in popularity specially for men. Women still a reluctant as ever to build a bit of muscle. I'm lifting 3 days and only maybe 2 days cardio. Protein n fish oil. Thinkin of getting back into creatine supplementation.
Well your body will probably enjoy the break from training. I'm thinking maybe a figure competition but there are very few of them here. You will have lots more opportunities to compete in the UK.
Thanks for that! Yeah i'm hoping to add a more muscle to my upper body so i'm a bit more balanced. Years of dancing means i have a lot of muscle on my legs

Southside Dublin. Considering Crunch in Dun Laoghaire. Won't be possible until I get a job though! I bought me a kettlebell recently. Versatile little things. Feeling good. Need to do more with the diet though.
