How I Started:
Ever since i was allowed in the gym at about 16. i would get big improvements but the i would stop going for some reason then would have to start again back at the start, but would never reach where i want to be, but this time i need to go all the way
Why I Love It:
Results that i see from all the effort i put in
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing people either on tv or in the gym who are bigger/more toned gives me motivation thinkin 'that could be me'

Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal would be to have a 6 pack but i know that is a very long term goal but im motivated and determined to this time see it through. also the look of being ripped even with a shirt on.
diet is probably the hardest part about lifting in Iraq. I stick pretty much to tuna with sides of tuna, and every now and then I have some tuna. No mercury sickness yet!
