How I Started:
When in high school I started lifting to improve for my football program which eventually lead me to be recruited to play football/rugby at a University/Premiership level.
Why I Love It:
It is the ultimate control over yourself; You work at a goal that will be visible and attainable. You push your boundaries and 'learn' your body. You can never know your limits and abilities until you have pushed them to the maximum.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just getting up everyday, and wanting to get bigger, better, stronger, faster.

Your best of sending of a cv to lots of national league 1 teams, or if you think youve got it in you premeship academy's. Come to england for gap year maybe and work on it from there?

17.4 stone thats insane. What can u run 100 m in ? You should really think about coming to england to play rugby, trying get a break. In my area they have a national league 2 side. Which is 2 below the prem. You get payed a decent amount aswell. Im trying to stay in harlequins acedmy and see where it takes me, but im only 15 so cant tell.

outside centre or wing, im really trying to become bigger and more powerful. I have a tournament coming up were all the best premiership youth sides play each other and you can get scouted for england trials. Just trying to stay match fit for it.

Totally interested in the bulk strategies, however my spare tire has managed to hold steady...not growing, but not shrinking either. Wouldnt want it to get any bigger. Anyways its Calgary all the way.
