How I Started:
Freshman year of high school I was 6'4", 130 lbs... gained about 30 lbs over the next couple years...still looked sickly...got tired of it...and picked up a dumbell and got to work.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a great way for me to relieve stress and if I didn't have weights I'd probably go crazy.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see some skinny kid in the gym it makes me remember, and I hit the weights twice as hard.
BB Accomplishments:
November 2006 I weighed around 185lbs. April 2009 I weighed in at around 240lbs.
