hey please posta photo of ur face... ppl think that you're me and its not true...
Keep at it, 2 years ago i weighed 122. Then I started bodybuilding. Not huge yet, but i gained 30lbs solid musle after a year and 1/2 working out, jumped from 145 bench press to 250 currently and gaining. Biggest tip : EAT! Eat 5-6 meals a day healthy and give your body at very minimum a full day of recovery before working that body part again. Good luck~!
Find a program and stick to it, eat well and train hard in the gym. Take it one week at a time and before you know it 12-16 weeks will have gone by and you'll be looking better then ever.
