Build Dense Lean muscle mass, And gain tons of raw explosive strength and speed. I need to be a bullet down the runway!
Goal (Long):
Right now im on a 7 week cycle workout and im going to be completing 3 of these before my pole vault season begins. I need To Gain tons of power in my legs and core. Im not to concerned with building mass. I currently am 5'6-5'7 and wiegh 138. with about 6 percent body fat. I want to dead lift over 500lbs( currently maxed at (350) and bench over 275lbs(currently maxed at 200). My squats should be at 400Lbs. All of this is going to be choreographed with my sprinting workouts because the true goal is to become faster. Weightlifting and sprinting will get me the speed i need to get over 16-17ft in the pole vault this year!
