How I Started:
first it was to be able to defend myself from bullies...then i wanted to get a bit stronger for wrestling back in high school and after high school, to get in shape for muay thai....now in college its a mix of things that fuel me, but mostly to be active and healthy.
Why I Love It:
i love the idea that i can make my body look and perform the way i want it to. goes along with believing that anyone can change their life for the better through determination and hard work.
How I Stay Motivated:
there will always be a need to be able to defend someone you care about and also yourself from danger.

Tomorrow will be the first day back after doing 20 rep squat program. It will be the first day of a 4-5 day split. I'll post before pics tonight to see how much progress I make for the remainder of the summer before the fall quarter starts.
Haha, yeah, still trying anyway! I swear I'm a hardgainer if ever there was one. Also yeah, I've been at 24 hour tolerating their damn octagonal plates. I can't wait to go back to the school gym.
Thank you, I have been chipping away at it. My results come VERY slowly. I am trying to achieve a nice, pretty, strong line down my middle. I think I will have to build more, not lose to get it. (?)
