My best friend compete at Missouri. he thought i'd do well. loved the idea, trained, WON..HOOKED!
Why I Love It:
i was always the small guy; so i needed to look big. love working and testing my body to make it better. i studied business, but never liked where it was going. so i turned my hobby into my profession.
How I Stay Motivated:
i like to see that the things i learn about myself can help others. and of course i like the benifits of competing. "the more you compete the better you look."
BB Accomplishments:
i won missouri light weight in 2000, all of them. placed top five since. now moving to WNBF, lookin to win again

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
AC joint tear and repair. bad form, and too much too fast.
i've boken foot three times doing gymnastincs, and sept '06 i tore my ACL, now i'm back.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
poor form. if your form is correct, then the weight can keep increasing.
